Only 2 stars. Not because of quality of the product itself. I like it and it suits my cat However, it’s the second time I receive a damage parcel. In first case the order was cancelled by warehouse, and I got to know only by texting to support agent. Second time I received it and it was cracked open inside 2 courier company bags. Crystals were out. Very nice. Seller , choose a better delivery company and/or warehouse.

Good product. Just a little pricey

I used to buy the 5 L package and it worked just fine, but maybe this is a bad batch and unfortunately the litter doesn’t block odors like I’m used to with the 5L package and I have to use a lot of litter deodorizer and clean the litter 3-4 times a day to avoid odor 🥲
