Q: Can you switch the scale to pounds

Yes you will be able to change it to pounds through the Zepp app. Open the Zepp and go to Profile -> Amazfit Smart Scale -> Unit of weight.

Q: Will this work with Noom?

No , it only works with the Zepp App

Q: I can't connect this scale to wifi. i followed the steps in the app, i know i have a 2.4ghz wifi, but i can't see any wifi networks listed.

Hi there, please note that if the dual-band Wi-Fi function is enabled on your router, the scale may be connected to the 5G Wi-Fi network, and will be unable to establish a Wi-Fi connection. therefore, ensure that the dual band Wi-Fi connection is disabled on your router. if that doesn't work, please contact our support team at support@amazfit.com to find the best path of resolution for you.

Q: Per amazefit faq page, zepp app data can be synced to strava/apple health/google fit/relive, is this not possible?

It can sync to Google Fit using Bluetooth only. From the manufacturer: With the current sync logic, Google Fit should only be able to accept data from Zepp app which it acquires via Bluetooth.
