Where can I buy pump?

I never had that problem. Most of my Amazon purchases had the pumps. Note the picture on the pack of 3. I have a lot of empty VaniCream empty containers with the pumps, that I can use as soon as I find good deals on jars without pumps.

Does the pump just screw onto the other 16oz containers?

Yes, I keep using the pump/lid on each successive container. Works perfect.
