Actually not bad.
So I decided to take the plunge and start playing with epoxy tumblers. I was too lazy to build a turner so I just bought this one from Amazon. It really works pretty decently. I've left it on for several hours and aside from getting warm, there were no issues. There are two wand attachments and two different sizes of foam (think softer pool noodles). The wands have a predrilled hole in them that they slide onto the turner attachment and then you insert a metal screw with nut on the bottom to secure the wand in place and help it turn. You definitely need to attach the screw/nut to hold it in or you run the risk of the wand not turning properly. There is a black plastic/rubber sleeve that moves. Be careful to either take it off or move it out of the way of the opening in the wood or else it will keep the wand from moving properly. This is definitely not meant for commercial use, it's smaller than ones that can be made with microwave motors but it really works well for people like me who just want to practice and make gifts.

Great "starter" turner for tumblers
I got this one as I was looking for a cheaper cup turner and one better rated than the Michael's Spin It. It was easy to assemble and has held up very well in the week I have had it. Only a few little "quirks" with it. The motor does seem to get hot after turning for a while, so I would not use this if you are looking to make a lot of cups and have it constantly on. Every now and then as it turns, it slightly jolts but then goes back to a smooth rotation. It does not seem to have impacted the epoxy setting correctly. Lastly, when I switch it off and then back on, sometimes it changes direction. Not a big deal, but again a "quirk." For a $28 turner, I think this is good quality and it a great "starter" turner for someone who wants to try this out.

Quiet and good quality
We were so pleased with our 1st one that we bought a 2nd one. It is really quiet and turns either direction just but flipping the switch. We did have an issue with the 2nd one not spinning both directions and would get warm. We were about to return it because we were not having any luck with someone getting back with us. We were able to get messages through Amazon but the email provided in the box and on the paper would not respond to us. In the end they made it right by providing 1 that worked correctly. Over all we are very happy with the way the spinners work! They are quiet and go 2 directions, which makes it easier for how it's set up for us.

AWESOME turner!
I love this turner! To start, it was really easy to assemble. Clear instructions of the couple things you have to do are provided...as is everything needed to put it together - including a nice smaller screwdriver. It’s VERY quiet when running and it doesn’t get hot when running for extended periods of time. I’ve run mine overnight with no problems. It’s sturdy too. I’ve had to pick it up and move it, while a wet cup was on it - the cup arm held perfectly steady. The extra arm can be used to hold an additional cup. I looked at a LOT of turners before deciding to purchase this one...and it was a great choice. :) I highly recommend this product!! Awesome seller too! I had a question and received an immediate, friendly response and even a follow up. An overall great experience!
