Q: Will this organizer hold liquid lipstick tubes securely?

If you don't mind them tipped to the side. Since my liquid lipsticks are narrow I got a taller holder for them.

Q: Would the squares fit Burt's Bees lip balm without them leaning to the side?

Yes, I have the skinny ones and they can easily stand on their own in the slots.

Q: Will this accommodate 20700 batteries?

I have no idea what that ‘size’ battery is. Sorry! If it’s like a double AA, then, yes they would fit.
