the book is an outstanding scrutiny of the 2017 Fidic contracts, with any minor detail of the differences with the 1999 edition. Hopefully there will be an additional release to care for the 2022 amendments.The book is excellent for its content, but the cover had minor damages, this is due to the handling and to the shipment system.

The book is written by a construction lawyer and an expert in FIDIC suite. He is concise and confident, with no nonsensical stuff that wastes your time. He points out important differences with the FIDIC1999, and interacts with relevant English law cases where appropriate.
