Great product. Started with deficiency and took 4x a week for 8 weeks, 3x for next 2 weeks. Blood work showed full replenishment to top of reference range after 10 weeks. Have experience with many now food products, D3, K2, iron, all have been great with clear results irl and testing, no side effects and better value for money
