Amazing .. very good device however loud sounds in the ice functions

Bought once, replaced after around 11 months as the Ice Maker Stopped working, and now even the replacement a year down the line and also the Ice Maker Stopped working, the product is meant to live maximum a year, I do not recommend it

Reading the other reviews for this dispensed I was a bit nervous ordering, however I purchased anyways. I have zero regrets with this, the ice it makes tastes really good and the same for the water (although that’s obviously down to the water company also). I bought smart button pusher which I stuck onto the front of the dispenser to time when I wanted ice to be made, and it works fantastic. Overall recommend 100%

It is ok, good features but the compressor is noisy. Very noisy

It is convenient to have hot, cold, room temperature water and an abundance of ice

The water dispenser only last a year.. we truly like it but just after a year it stop working.. no matter how much we want to keep.. for example this one we purchased on October 4th 2024 and on Nov 2nd 2025 the cold tap is giving suddenly very little water for not apparent reason

As a water dispenser is working normal , but as an ice maker (which is the main reason to purchase this product) it will not work properly for good time . Few months produce good thick ice cones, then the cones will be shell then quickly disappear. All of this drama will be happening in one year .

له صوت مزعج يشتغل و َيطفي اذا اشتغل فصوته كصوت الثلاجة أو الفريزر. يبرد بسرعة والحرارة ممتازة، أما الثلج ينزل في كل مرة كمية قليلة يمكن قدر كوب ثم يحتاج لدقيقتين أو ثلاث ليبدأ صنع الثلج من جديد. حقيقة الجهاز جميل ومفيد. عيبه فقط الصوت الذي تصدره من وقت لاخر.

It was really great at first, working as a charm. But after 6 months, it started showing a warning signal and the ice function completely stopped working! This is probably because some water was spelled on the device while installing a water Galon. It is a water dispenser and yet highly vulnerable to a water spell! I contacted amazon and they gave me the customer support for crownline, who demanded that I ship the product myself to them in the UAE so that they examine it😒 They refused to support me in any other way, or even guide me to what this error means. Extremely poor customer support experience.

It’s working perfectly but there is a plastic smell in the water coming from the machine itself as I have checked the water container and it was fine

Service by seller (crown) is very poor, the machine ice maker doesn’t work, I call (crown) the buyer they said we don’t sell this, when I start to explain they said call Amazon. Additionally they said you must brings the machine to their workshop for checking, this very bad services!!!
