Yes it does. It's like any soft pen that you could use for your iPad / tablet

Q: Can you play this with a Switch Lite?

Yes, it's still the same semantics. The kbly difference between the 1st switch and the lite is that the controllers can be removed

Q: Does this work on the United States version Switches?

Yes, the switch is region free.

Q: Can two people share this game or is data only saved for one?

Two and more people can share the game because it will remember your data based on the Nintendo profile you choose. Just make sure to sign in to your unique profile. There are two player games as well but the majority of the brain training you’ll want to do daily is for a single player. All short games so you could easily do 10 to 15 min and then sign out of your profile and hand the switch to someone else so they could do their 10 to 15 min of training in their own profile.
