RooCoat Babywearing Coat - Charcoal with Gray Stripes - Small

Love it, makes wearing the baby out so much easier, the only thing I don't like is it was a little too short and I have to pull it down a lot to cover her feet.

My daughter loves it and will test out the baby pouch later. She's an XS but I got her the S and she said it fit good at 6 1/2 mos, 5' 1"

I ordered a small. I am normally a xs-small in women's clothing so I was expecting it to be big on me. It felt big without wearing a child but once I had her on it seemed to fit perfectly. I have a 20lb 22 month old. It was easy to put on and I was able to zip myself. It was much easier to use than the cover I used previously. I did not have to hold anything in place in the wind. It kept us very warm walking from the car to the college basketball game on a cold day. It will also be perfect for winter trips to the grocery and the zoo.

I really like this coat! It is warm. By sight you think it will be just as warm as a sweatshirt but looks are deceiving. This coat is lined very well and is snuggly and cozy. The color is great and is exactly as pictured.As far as function this coat works great. I felt that getting the coat on for a front carry is easy as can be. Slips on quickly and my baby didn't seem bothered by it at all. The hood doesn't stay on her but that's probably because she is squirmy and moves her head around a lot- plus I always wear a hat on her anyway. The hood would help to block wind so that's great! Now, the back carry I did not find as easy. I don't know if it might just be me but I definitely needed assistance to get the coat over the baby (esp the head hole). The zipper pull is a fabulous addition to the coat so that helped. But I still needed my husband's help to zip it up and get it over the baby. My baby is a bit tempermental (sensory sensitive) so she was getting annoyed with me taking so long. However!! I think with more practice (Babywearing can take practice!) I could get the hang of wearing it for the back carry by myself.Overall I think this is a wonderful coat! It is beautifully crafted (no flaws that I could see) and really makes Babywearing a snuggly experience for mom and most importantly- baby. I would definitely recommend this coat for anyone who wants to baby wear in colder weather and keep your baby safe and warm. This coat is made so well that I can see handing it down to a friend or loved one when my Babywearing days are over and it still being in wonderful condition.
