does this product come sealed? a few reviews said it is a knock off product.... how do you know if it is authentic?

Hi Liz, The product box should come sealed with a 1/3 inch wide clear tape strip with a notche on it ( making removing it without damaging the box all but impossible) . Most of the anti Amazon propaganda is perpetuated by dermatologists, plastic surgeons and med spas who want to make 75-100% mark up selling in their office. The reality is that I we are just fine making a nominal profit and selling more using Amazon and making it a great value for you. I would be happy to provide you with proof of purchase from SkinMedica if you should like.

I hope the product is really from skinmedica.The tube looks different than the one on the skinmedica website.Such huge price difference too.Is it fake

I last bought this product Sept. 2016 at $27.xx on amazon. Before that at the doctors office at $47. 00. If you go to the SkinMedica website now it is listed at full retail price of $47.00. This product is now listed at $47.00 on Feb. 2018. How is this a value buy when it is full retail price? For people who are afraid this product is fake, go buy at SkinMedica...same price anyways!

Did skinmedica replace the glypro exfoliating cleanser with this one? how are the two cleansers different?

SkinMedica has had this cleanser as long as I remember. It’s the best cleanser I’ve ever used hands down. It’s the only foaming cleanser I’ve ever used that doesn’t dry my skin out. It makes you glow.

What percentage of aha/bha is in it?

The ingredients are on the box and I threw it away, sorry.
