I really like the design of these PVC wall coverings. They put just enough extra pizazz to your wall or walls, depending on how much "pizazz" you want?For me, these were to put some pizazz in my recording studio, along with diffusing sound because you want to get rid of echoes within the room. Because of the etched/grooved channels on these PVC squares, they will "break up" sound frequencies into smaller sound frequencies (i.e. - making it a tad "quieter" or less echo).I blended these with actual padded foam to "soak in" sound, in order to lower echoes or reverb within the room. Also, since they're PVC, I ended up getting artistic and spray painted these PVC squares to give a different vibe and design in the room, instead of just plain white.Overall, I had to put some time and effort in my designing/painting, plus I just used good old fashioned hammer and nails to put these tiles on the wall - no need for double side tape and such.I can definitely see buying more of these for other rooms, and then maybe paint them to give a certain look and vibe for a particular room.

Very light material, easy to cut but it does take a little bit of time to glue it on the wall... make sure you do make a frame around it for it to look finish.

We used this for the bottom of our island. Great way to do a pop feature area. We did not do the process to make the waves seamless but it still looks great for what we wanted. Painted easily with sprayer.
