i received the product not pumping out the cream i opened the cap and i discovered that the straw in not available

Although the actual product is nice they mislead you into believing that you get a bottle of serum when in fact you get a cap of it! The bottle is for show, the cavity for the product is no deeper than the silver lid! What a con!

This serum is great for sealing and protecting hair before using a straightener.

Love this stuff!!! My son started to borrow it when he had to help me with putting may hair in a pony tail- hurt my shoulder- his hair is amazing and his girlfriend loves how soft his hair is. Worked well with my damaged hair was permed badly and it helped me grow my hair out. We wash our hair towel dry it and depending on length of hair had two or three pumps of serum thats been warmed up in hands to the ends of hair. Super easy. Just tried Alterna's shampoo and conditioner at the same line and it's amazing. Also, my hair is so soft.

I love this ! Hands down it's the best Leave-In I've ever used. It smells amazing & helps restore your hair. You don't need much to get great results. Works great before styling with heating appliances. It's worth the money!
