What are the dimensions of the pillows? (L x W x H)

The pillows are roughly: 2.75" X 1.75" X 1.25". And approximately 6.75-7in circumference around. But can be compressed for smaller watches. And for larger watches, there is plenty of room in the slot if the bracelet is sized larger than 7in and does not fit snug around the pillows (For our big wristed friends!) It does not look weird or make the watches sit strange at all. They just look normal.

Where is this product made? Shipped from?

Hello! Our boxes are made by hand in China and shipped to Amazon customers from multiple Amazon warehouses throughout the country. All of our products were received into the US at the start of November of last year (2019).

Is the top made from glass or plastic?

THE LID IS MADE WITH 100% REAL GLASS. The top of the lid uses a precisely cut thin sheet of glass. Sometimes people can confuse the sound of tapping on thin glass to be the same as tapping on thin plastic, (Look it up on google, it's a common misconception) but I can assure you with utmost certainty, the top is made with 100% real glass and it will absolutely shatter if you break it. Still don't believe us? Run your fingers across it, you should be able to feel it is smooth like glass, it will also feel colder than plastic would, spray some windex on it, you will see that it will act and streak like glass, leave finger prints like glass, well, because it is real glass.

I lost my key. Can I be shipped another one. The watch box is locked with all my watches currently?
