No instructions came with my product.** A: I set the wedges sticky side down just after Christmas and they have not budged. Awesome product has helped so much. **Q: Can I buy a set that is the same even height for my foot that normal? Only my right ankle rolls (eversion).** A: You get 3 pairs, so you can use only one insert in the shoe that needs it. You don't have to use another one in the other shoe if you don't need it. Try it & see how it feels. You don't have to peel off the film that covers the sticky side in order to try how it feels. **Q: How do I know whether I need a small or large size?** A: i used my shoe size 9 1/2 -10 and figured Large would be the correct size. It was and they are a big help. **Q: Do I have to use the 3 pairs together in the shoes or 1 pair ?** A: One pair. And when you insert it into the shoe, put the thicker side toward the part of your heel that wears down the fastest. For me, I always wore down the inside of my shoe heel the fastest, so the thicker side is toward the inside. Just this small lift has extended the life of my shoes far longer than expected. The heels of my shoes are wearing down far, far less than before, and is wearing down evenly.
