Perfect size, a bit thin, but work beautifully
These fit my baking trays perfectly. I'm really happy with the size. They're a bit on the thin side, but I haven't had any leakage issues yet (I tend not to cook runny or messy things on parchment very much, but my first test of these was with a pastry that leaked quite a bit -- no seepage through the parchment, so I was happy).I also like the packaging; being flat sheets, I don't need to wrestle them down. I'm used to rolled parchment where I have to get it flat first and that's a pain sometimes. One note: The product description says it ships "flat in a plastic storage bag in a shrink wrapped, rigid package." Well, they did ship flat, but they weren't in a rigid package. (Mine shipped with a different product in the same order, so it was in a box with a box on top of it, so they arrived perfectly fine, but anyone expecting them to ship with some kind of rigid backing may be disappointed.)

Love.
I used these as loaf pan liners for a lot of small Christmas banana bread loaves we make (we made about 70 this year). We used 1/2 sheet for each loaf pan. I made a cardboard mold that fit inside our loaf pans that we used to push the parchment paper down into the corners, and we figured out a way to fold the parchment paper nicely around the mold. Then when the loaves were cooked, we lifted them straight out of the loaf pans, left them to cool with the parchment paper still on, and then put them straight into bags. No more buttering/flouring; no cleaning the pans after every batch. So efficient!I thought I was going to be able to use the leftover paper next Christmas, but I love these sheets so much more than the roll of parchment paper I have that I'm going to use them all and buy more long before Christmas comes.

Clearly different from origianl purchase, new supplier or changed product .. very bad
This was supposed to be the same product I had ordered previously, and was also supposed to be usable to 475 deg. However it is both clearly a different color and feels noticeably thinner than the few sheets of the previous order i still have left. Much worse, it burns badly at just 435 degrees in only 12-15 minutes of use. This is my third attempt to get quality liners like the ones I had previously ordered, but I'm beginning to doubt I can find them on Amazon as even a direct link from my order history got an item that is NOT the same as I had originally ordered. If the product has changes or is no longer available and a substitute supplier is used, then the vendor should NOT be able t use the same listing. I consider that false advertising. I won't be buying from JunkieDog EVER again.

So handy!
This is such a simple concept, and most people would say, why can't you just tear the parchment yourself. To that I say, have you ever tried to tear parchment paper off a roll? Even if you've got 2 free hands, it's always a pain; it pops out of the box, or tears in weird directions, or just weirdly creases and won't tear at all. These are so easy to use, and they perfectly fit my cookie sheets. The package lasts plenty of time, I've only had to reorder once. I will definitely keep using these!

This is the real, silicone-treated stuff
Some other full-sheet parchments have reviews that indicated the parchment was plain paper, with no treatment. This, when it arrived, was the real thing. Works perfectly, arrived packed flat on a cardboard sheet so its not folded or rolled. A little thinner, maybe, than the rolled Wilton I was buying, but we waste so much with uneven tearing-off of pieces from the rolls in boxes that the slightly higher price-per-square-inch on this is completely worth it.

Very convenient, but grease seeps through
I initially gave this a 5-star review because it seemed to work well, but after using it for a while I'm bringing it down to three stars. The sheets are very convenient, as I've always hated tearing parchment paper, but the functionality of this parchment paper is not as good as what I would get on the rolls from the supermarket. One of the benefits of using parchment paper is having a spotless pan after baking that you might not even need to wash before putting away. Not so with this. Tonight I used this to bake some brownies that I've made several times before with my old roll of parchment paper, but, when using one of these sheets, my brownie pan was left coated in grease. I haven't had a problem with foods not releasing easily - these are definitely better than using foil - but they don't quite slide off the way they do with "real" parchment paper. While nothing I've made yet has gotten stuck to the paper, there is a big difference in quality between these and what comes in the rolls. These aren't terrible, but I will probably try another brand or go back to the roll when I run out of these.

Great Parchment Paper
The best testimonial for any product is would you buy it again. The answer for me here is definitely YES. I have bought this item twice, and will continue to purchase it, as needed, as long as it's available. The parchment is well made, fits most baking pans, and doesn't curl up like the stuff in rolls, making it very convenient. I do a lot of baking, and this lasts me a long time.
