Great! Stocking stuffer
Great little active stocking stuffer. Unfortunately for me we traveled for Christmas so they were ruined before they got home, as my kids played with them in the car, but I think it would also be a really great keepsake to do this year anymore. I overall really enjoyed these and the kids thought they were so much fun. Very cute and easy to play with, without a lot of mess or cleanup. Highly recommend

So easy, cute and fun
These little snowmen kits were a hit for all ages. Everything was included with the kits. We set them out with a “Do you want to build a Snowman? sign” and separated all the pieces to make it easy to identify the different parts and grab the pieces they wanted. We had a larger group, about 45 people, who ranged in age from 3-years to 97-years-old. Many of the adults were as excited to make these little snowmen as the kids were, so this activity was a definite WIN! The “snowballs” were so easy to roll, stack and decorate. Every thing we needed was included. (I did purchase some additional Santa hats. We wanted to make sure everyone could have one for Christmas and could switch to a Top Hat after the holiday.) The littlest kids needed supervision because the pieces (eyes, buttons, carrot noses, etc) are tiny. The snow is a little sticky on your fingers when it first comes out of the tub, but the “gooey” does go away with kneading. There was minimal mess, which was unusual for this type of activity. (In our experience, Playdoh and kinetic sand leaves much more mess than these little snowmen do.) They all came out SO CUTE! I wish I had a better picture to show you, but every snowman was adorable. After they were finished, everyone put them in the center of their table and they made the table decorations even better! Everyone actually took them home to display at their own house after our event was over. I think we honestly only had ONE left behind! We used the lids of the tubs as the base to build the snowmen on. It was a good choice because they displayed well and enabled easier transport of the creations. I will be purchasing these kits again in the future, FOR SURE, as a fun activity for other groups.

Such a fun craft to do together as a family!
We had so much fun with this "Do You Want to Build a Snowman" kit by Kangaroo. I am always looking for new and fun ideas that we can do together as a family that will get the kids off their electronics, and doing something creative. The kit comes with 3 tubs filled with what is needed to make 3 individual snowmen. There is the moldable foam putty which has little balls in it to give the appearance of snow, and then a little packet with 2 arms, 2 eyes, a carrot nose, and a mouth. We did have a little issue with one of the packets of putty (which you will see in my video) where the putty seems to have "melted" all over the wrapping it was in which made it a little hard to get out, but that could have to do with us living in Florida, and it sitting out in warm temperatures. We finally got it all out however, and then we were good to go. There also was quite a bit of goopy stuff in each package, but I am assuming that is what helps keep the putty moist in the container, and keeps it from drying out. We moved from Ohio to Florida about a year and a half ago, and while I don't miss the snow a bit, I know my older kids do (my 2 year old has no clue what it is). So I thought it would be fun to build some snowmen together. They had a lot of fun making them, and it was a nice short little project we could do as a family. My 14 year old decided to put the arms on the snowman's head to make it look like a reindeer, which I thought was funny, but that is the thing it allows them to use their imagination. You can either make the snowmen and then put the putty back in the containers to play with again, or leave them out and they will harden to be able to keep. I just think this is the cutest idea, and I love this kit. I would highly recommend it to anyone with kids looking for a fun craft to do together. *I received this snowman kit at a reduced price for testing purposes, and for an honest review. The opinions in this review are 100% my own based on my experience with the product, and I made no commitment to leave a positive review.*

Fun, Mess-Free Snowman Craft That Keeps Kids Engaged
Fun, mess-free snowman activity that kids actually finish This Build a Snowman kit is a fun, easy, and mess-free winter craft and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it held everyone’s attention. Each kit comes with moldable foam putty and all the little details (eyes, arms, carrot nose, smile), which makes it very easy for kids to get started without needing extra supplies. The foam clay is lightweight, soft, and not sticky or messy like traditional slime or dough. It’s easy for small hands to shape, and I really appreciated that it’s non-toxic and odorless. Our granddaughter enjoyed building her snowmen, and letting them dry, and then proudly displaying them the next day. After about 24 hours, the snowmen were firm enough to keep as little decorations, which made the activity feel more meaningful than a one-and-done craft. This worked great for a winter afternoon activity and would be perfect for Christmas gatherings, classroom crafts, or Elf on the Shelf accessories. I also like that it encourages creativity and fine motor skills while still being simple enough for toddlers with light adult help. Overall, this is a cute, affordable craft that delivers exactly what it promises. Great stocking stuffer or small gift idea for kids who enjoy hands-on activities.
