Q: Bought for my son for Christmas and it will not work the light comes on and that’s all remote will not work either what should I do

Our son received this for Christmas as well and when we plugged it in with the cord provided it would flicker and then turn off. Tried forever and then decided to just switch to the battery and it worked perfectly afterwards. As far as the remote not working I wouldn't know about that but if you push the button on the base it should turn colors that way.

That means it's broken. I bought this for my son at Christmas&after 5 days it started blinking uncontrollably &wouldn't turn off. I'd have to take out the batteries. If you can, get your money back.
