These are mini ice packs and prefect for my knee. I blew out my meniscus and this allows me to strap an icepack to the back of my knee. This means I can be doing dishes, vacuuming, doing yoga, driving or sleeping and I don't have to constantly adjust it. The strap is stretchy so I've actually gone to The store with it strapped to my knee under my macho dress. The ice pack holder is so comfortable. I have been using it every day for three weeks and the velcro is starting to tear up the strap. The ice packs are good quality and I get about five hours of use out of one. I filled one 3/4 full of water een removed the air before screwing on the cap. It worked well so now I always have one or two in the freezer (yay four pack).

These are the perfect size to fit hands, top knee, bumped forehead, etc… Bonus… you don’t have to remember to put it in the freezer!!! Gets cold with as few as 3-5 cubes and trick was to add some water (approx 1/2 cup) and it stops it from being overly cold as well as let’s cold be more moldable.

Love this size, and the band is great at holding the ice pack in place. Sadly though, the first one sprung a leak after its first use. It's mostly my son's fault, as he's not exactly gentle. :-) But otherwise, these are great so far!

I got sick of all my gel ice packs leaking and getting who knows what all over my kids, my tables, etc., so I went old school and got this reusable ice bags for my kids minor "ouchies." These work great, and they're easy for my kids to use on their own, as well as they're super cute so it makes it fun for them too! Only downfall is now my kids want to use them ALL the time for the simplest little bumps and scrapes, and they'll sometimes forget where they put them, so then we have to do a hunt to track them down again.

I have a following disorder so I am always bruising multiple locations. These cute little bags are perfect for staying on knees, eyes, the back of your neck, and things like that. I bought them for myself but I suppose young kids would love them because they have cute little decorations. They also come with a strap to hold them on places that may not be as easy like arms.
