Best Purchase Ever
I have alot of back issues with left leg pain and numbness. Using and sleeping on this pillow (under the lumbar part of my back) has greatly reduced my leg pain!

Ni buena ni mala, si ayuda en algunos aspectos lumbares pero no en su totalidad. Se aplasta bastante pues es solo de algodón. Hay mejores almohadas que esta pero tampoco es la peor.
