Compré este cuchillo para utilizarlo exclusivamente en la carne de las barbacoas, y estoy muy contento con él. Lo estrené con unos chuletones de vaca y cortaba la carne y los tendones como si fuesen mantequilla, casi dejándolo caer solamente. Es muy buena compra, está muy bien afilado, es bonito y viene con una funda para la hoja y una caja para guardarlo. Lo recomiendo.

This is an excellent breaker and a must for any aspiring home butcher. My family typically buys our meat in bulk and a knife like this is an essential tool to making quick work of whole primals and large roasts.I've recently gotten into dry aging beef and this is a perfect knife for slicing even steaks from whole loins.As with all Dalstrong knives the packaging is second to none. The included knife guards are of high quality and internally lined with a soft material to prevent scratching or dulling the blade.An all around excellent value.Highly recommended
