My husband and I both have been taking this for almost a full month without 1 pound or inch lost. I have altered my diet and began exercising. And still no weight loss yet. After reading several reviews I expected this product to help boost my weight loss especially with diet and exercise, but I feel this has done the opposite.

Minimal Effectiveness
Maybe it's just me, but I've been taking this product as directed for several days now and it seems as if my appetite is barely suppressed at all each day. I will keep on taking it as I may not have given it enough time to work..

I have been on Garcinia for almost two weeks now and I can already tell a difference in my clothes. You have to have a lot of water throughout the day in order to get the full effect of Garcinia Cambogia.
