Fluid Film One Gallon Corrosion Inhibitor Multi Purpose Penetrant and Lubricant

I’ve been using fluid film for 6 years . Have 3 vehicles that I undercoat every 2 years with no rust. Go through car washes during winter with undercarriage wash every time and it still stays on. I prefer the clear over black because when you work on the vehicles you will get the fluid film on yourself and tools because it doesn’t harden. Great product!

This product works well. When you apply it spreads itself by slowly creeping along the applied surface. It is necessary to re-apply every 6 months to a year depending on how harsh the environment that you are dredging through. I would recommend using in a ventilated space and leaving the item which has Fluid Film applied outdoors to air out for about a week. Fluid Film smells like sheep sweat. :-P

I've been using Fluid film for a while, I purchased this gallon of clear/original for the inside frame rails on my Gladiator, also picked up a gallon of their black for the outside of the frame.

Good! I now buy this gallon jug as the individual aerosal cans are getting pricey. You can get 3X the fluid film going this route and using a paint gun with compressed air. To help allow the material to easily spray, I add some used motor oil to thin it out. Once it's a bit more runny, it sprays no problem and doesn't drip off like pure oil spray. My mixture is probably 75% fluid film / 25% used motor oil. The used motor oil also adds a darker color which really helps to hide rusty areas on my vehicle.
