This is an excellent product recommended by my son's hematologist/oncologist. it's very high in iron. We were giving it to him every other day. He did not experience any unpleasant side effects such as cramps or stomach pain. I would recommend taking a stool softener however, while taking this as well. highly recommended, if you're trying to boost up your iron... Always speak to your doctor first.

Need these. Took a few weeks to tell the difference in my energy but I expected it needed to get into system. The urine color kinda scares me but Google says that's ok. Has faint odor and taste but not bad. Only last as long as its on your tongue. Its easy to swallow.

I gave a four only because I am not sure it doing the work it should be I will know more in August after a blood test results . I been only taken it for a month and I take one tablet every other day on an empty stomach. The pills are package very secure I haven’t had no side effects and it very easy on the stomach Not fun of the taste but the taste do not linger in your taste bud for long no constipation problem yet. I've been taking this every day for years, along with a prenatal that also has 27mg of iron(I think). It has really changed my quality of life for the better.
