Bad absorption
After 3 days of using the stool became green color which means that the iron is not absorbed. Had to finish taking it

The only one that worked for me
Hema-plex is definitely the real deal! I have tried so many iron supplements and this is the only one that actually fixed my ferritin deficiency. It also made the addiction to crunching ice completely go away! I have had a very annoying obsession with crunching ice for about 5 years. I was skeptical that it would just go away once my levels were fixed but it truly does! The obsession had gotten so bad that I would leave my house in the middle of the night and drive 10 minutes across town to get a huge cup of my favorite ice from the gas station. So glad that’s over! The pills are huge, so if you have trouble swallowing large pills you might want to cut it in half. No side effects for me

I gave a four only because I am not sure it doing the work it should be I will know more in August after a blood test results . I been only taken it for a month and I take one tablet every other day on an empty stomach. The pills are package very secure I haven’t had no side effects and it very easy on the stomachNot fun of the taste but the taste do not linger in your taste bud for long no constipation problem yet. It worth the money

Boosting your hemoglobin
This is an excellent product recommended by my son's hematologist/oncologist. it's very high in iron. We were giving it to him every other day. He did not experience any unpleasant side effects such as cramps or stomach pain. I would recommend taking a stool softener however, while taking this as well. highly recommended, if you're trying to boost up your iron... Always speak to your doctor first.
