A few of My kids were found to have low vitamin D and this is an excellent product to make sure they are getting added vit D. i also give this product to my other kids that were not found to be vitamin d deficient because our kids doctors have told us that there are new studies showing that vitamin d is very important and may play a role in helping prevent various diseases and ailments. My kids take this In addition to their regular gummy multi-vitamin (that does also have some vit d). They LOVE the taste of these vitamins. I have a hard time finding it in the stores around me and the price on amazon cannot be beat.

Vitamins were all melted together and discolored. Threw them away!!!!

My (very) picky toddler loves these.... when I was found to be D deficient I turned to the web and found that MOST americans are and there are numerous health problems arising from D deficiency! I've since taken supplements to keep in the normal range and make sure to give them to my toddler as well. I used to give him the D liquid drops but love that he willingly takes and even asks for these!
