Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Wow! Just wow! I had been looking at robot vacuums for quite some time and had delayed getting one because of the cost. I wasn’t convinced it would be worth it. I saw a coupon on Amazon for this one and decided to take the leap. It was a great decision! I can “set it and forget it” and it cleans my entire living room/dining room/ hallway on one charge. I even throw stuff in front of it to see what it will do. It picks up large pieces of dirt, is masterful at picking up pet hair from the wood floor, and circumvents obstacles while not missing parts of the floor. It fits perfectly between my dining room chair legs and goes around a partial wall I have near the front door. I have a 1/2 lip from one room to the next and it didn’t seem like it would make it over the hump on the first try but now it seems to know when it has to increase its motion to hoist itself over the lip. Overall, I am so amazed and would highly recommend this robot vacuum!

It does vacuum a lot of stuff all over my apartment. However after a few uses it can't find it's way back to the base. It wanders all over into other rooms not even near the base and gets stuck, then I have to dig it out and put it on the base myself. Also it can't see the magnetic strips and gets stuck after it runs them over. I keep it clean but it's not much help. AND the brush in the center where it sucks gets tangled up full of hair and it's really hard to clean out. The side brushes are half gone after a week because of hair also. IMHO for the money I paid for this, it should do a LOT better. I have short hair that doesn't fall out and one short hair cat. Edit: now the wifi disconnected and won't connect again! Can't find any customer support either.

Does it vacuum? Sure. Does it mop? Yes. Does it do a good job of either? NOPE! I really wanted to like this and hoped it would really be, as other reviews mention, a "set it and forget it" help around the house. It is NOT a "forget it" item. Constantly stuck under chair legs, behind the couch, under chairs, occasionally in the middle of the room for no reason. As for suction and its vacuuming prowess, I let this thing run itself out of battery vacuuming our upstairs carpeted area. We have two golden retrievers so pet hair is an issue, and I didn't have to empty the dust bin ONCE. Oh, it picked up some stuff but after it was "done" I pulled out our Dyson and redid everything. We have the V11 Animal and I emptied it's dust bin 4 times going over the same areas. Fail from a vacuum perspective.I then let it run around the kitchen vacuuming prior to testing out the mopping feature. Again, I had to revacuum with a real machine after letting this do its thing. I swapped out all the parts to convert to a mopper, added water and some cleaning solution and let it go nuts. It did mop! Again, it ran itself out of battery in our 12x20' floor space kitchen. It left streaks all over, I had to go over spots where the floor was still dirty even after putting this robot on these spots and using the app to do a "spot clean". After I ran the spot clean 4-5 times per spot, it was still dirty. Sigh. So after moving everything on the floor OUT of the kitchen so this thing could "mop" I not only had to put everything back but also re-mop. Another fail.Save your money, avoid the frustration of having to return it.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I LOVE IT!! This is an amazing floor vacuum, very powerful and smart technology. It also comes with extra spare Of brush and filter set. It is heavy and built with great quality material. You can choose to use with remote or phone app. Vacuum feature is awesome, every time we empty it we are shocked and wonder where its finding all this dust! It zooms under beds and furniture that I cannot reach with regular vacuum. Very satisfied with this vacuum because it cleans dust and hairs.

Good thing is that you can control it either with your phone app or the controller that requires AAA batteries (comes with it). The app shows the percentage of lifetime for consumable items and the battery percentage which I love!! It can also use to mop which I think is a plus, you will have to change the mop adapter yourself tho.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I’ve used the edge, auto, and mop functions already. The auto function is great and picked up loads of debris. The edge function is phenomenal. The mop function is like a wet swiffer, so it’s great for between bigger mopping jobs. This vacuum has picked up the dog fur, dust, and other debris wonderfully! I am so happy I bought this one!My only negative is that I wish the sensors determined hard floor from carpet for mopping. The mop function will indeed try to mop your carpet or rug as well, so it would be cool if it stopped and treated it like a boundary. I could buy extra boundary strips for this, but that it’s kinda putsy for light mopping.All in all, this little vacuum is great!

This is a good machine to keep up in-between power cleanings. Does leave light streaks on my Harwood. Also the remote shows arrows on it where you can presumably change the direction of the machine, this feature is on the app as well, but I cannot seem to get it to actually change direction. Could be operator error. Not knocking the machine! It is a definite help with teenagers a infant and 2 dogs in the house it is a HUGE time saver! I would equate the mopping to a swiffer. And dries quickly...overall happy with product!

C’est vraiment pratique !Plusieurs puissances ainsi que modes d’aspiration.La serpillère est vraiment un plus, il suffit de remplir le bac à eau, mettre un peu de produit et l’eau se déverse au goutte à goutte sur la lingette.Je n’en retiens vraiment que du positif.Je recommande ce robot à 200%Vous pouvez l’acheter les yeux fermés, je pense que c’est le meilleur rapport qualité prix qu’on puisse trouver

J'avais besoin d'un aspirateur Robot car depuis peu nous avons un chien à la maison et donc un bonheur n'arrivant jamais seul ;-) nous avons également besoin d'aspirer et laver plus souvent ! Nous nous sommes dit que si le travail pouvait être fait automatiquement ce serait super.Nous avons donc choisi ce robot qui fait les 2 opérations : aspiration et lavage. Et nous sommes ravis !Après une première longue charge, j'ai lancé le robot en mode aspirateur et il s'est super bien débrouillé dans la maison. Je l'ai bien suivi pour son premier passage, ce qui m'a permis de voir ce qui devait être rangé et quels sont les pièges du mobilier qui pourraient l'embêter. En gros pas grand chose, car il se débrouille vraiment bien. Sa charge permet facilement de nettoyer les 70 m2 où on souhaite qu'il s'active. On le lance maintenant dès qu'on part pour retrouver la maison aspirée à notre retour.Pour le lavage, on change le bac "poussière" pour un bac à "eau". Et il repart sur le trajet pour laver grâce à la petite serpillière qui s'humidifie progressivement. Le résultat est très satisfaisant. Il faudra tout de même repasser à la main une fois de temps en temps si vous avez des zones très sales.J'ai aimé que le robot soit livré avec des accessoires de rechanges : serpillière, filtre poussière et petit balai à l'avant du robot.Au final, c'est un très bon achat que je recommande pour vous faire gagner du temps et garder votre environnement propre sans effort.

This is my first Robo vacuum cleaner so perhaps my level of sophistication when it comes to judging them might not be as high standard as veteran users of these machines but I am very impressed so far. I got it delivered yesterday.After it finished charging last night I started off using the manual controls via the app on my phone and the normal remote just to get used to it and to see how it rock and rolls. Then today I gave the auto a whirl. I got a few delicate items out of the way, things that it might knock down etc and made use of the protection barrier strip but on the whole, I didn't need to do much else.It bumped into a few objects as it got to work its way around, got stuck on a couple of occasions where I had to manually lift it out but no major disaster, once I got it out it carried on. It then began to make its way to the other rooms, although the battery did start to run out in the second room.But bear in mind, I had used it a fair bit last night when testing it out, otherwise, I reckon it would have had enough to do all 5 rooms, two of the rooms are very small anyway, it's only a flat I live it. I was expecting it to make its way back to the charger as soon as the battery was low but it carried on cleaning until it had tried all of the rooms and THEN it went back to the charger.Of course, it can be instructed to return to the charger via the remotes but I was curious to see what it would do on its own. It seems to learn quite fast. After bumping into an object a few times it then starts to avoid it. I guess it builds up a layout in its memory bank, just like many have said which is useful, mind you, I have been living in my place for a lifetime and I still bump into things so I can hardly expect a robot not to now and again, although in time I would imagine it will become much less clumsy than I am lol. I really like this Hoover. It is my first robot vacuum and I was concerned as we have some high transitions between rooms and I wasn’t convinced a Hoover could get over them, leave alone some of our thicker rugs. However it does so brilliantly and repeatedly, although some times it has to back up and take a run up- actually fairly entertaining to watch. It is extremely quiet for such a powerful vacuum, we can easily watch telly while it potters around under our feet on our hardwood floor, and it is more of a quiet hum on carpet and rugs. Our rug in the playroom is quite a deep pile and the kids cover it in mess and crumbs all day, but it successfully removed everything where even with my handheld Dyson I would have to go over it a few times (pic attached). The app is brilliant, you can easily set times for runs, the type of clean you want and it alerts you of any issues- which leads to some entertaining messages, if you let it go over night, to wake up to in the morning.There a few things I have noticed however, it can get stuck in some surprising places considering how well it does going over my high room dividers. It doesn’t seem to map or remember where it is going and so doesn’t seem to take the most efficient or effective path, repeating and re-repeating some places- that being said it’s very thorough and does get everywhere clean. Battery lasts ages and it can always go back and charge and be sent out again. It does seem to act a bit drunk when it’s battery is running low- banging into things it normally avoids, wondering around in confusion looking for it’s charging station. I find it fairly amusing.Overall I love it, especially coming down to a clean floor in the mornings.

This vacuum is a game changer; I've been looking for one for a while and have been apprehensive about buying one...I'm so glad I chose this one as it has all the features I need and it's really affordable.I live in apartment with wooden flooring and have a cat meaning I'm constantly having to vacuum due to the amount of fur and whatever else he brings in from the outside; this robot vacuum just takes away the stress and saves me time...complete life saver! It has everything you'd want in a robot vacuum and also comes with an extended warranty which you claim directly from the manufacturer.Suction is great and it has picked up everything, the amount of fur and dust that it neatly collects is amazing. It's easy to set up, is quite smart in relation to knowing where to go and finding home easily. It integrates well with Alexa enabled devices and the app is decent. I'm yet to try the mop function but will do in the next week or so.All in all, I would recommend this to anyone and have given it 5 stars.
