Play-Doh Sparkle Compound Collection

This set is was inviting for my 3 and 5 year old girls who were THRILLED with their own private boxes of playdough.....with sparkles! (The sparkles do NOT get on their hands btw). The colors are vibrant, the texture is awesome, and the classic playdough smell is our favorite!:) It dries out without a cover so teach the kids to put away and close the lids TIGHT, but even if they only got a couple of play sessions out of it, it is waaaayyyy cheaper than a babysitter and they are busy with it for about 2 hours each time! The good part of drying out quickly is that the crumbs dry out in a couple of hours too and are so easy to sweep up. Better to play at the kitchen table where there is floor underneath and not carpet! They can "bake" and "cook" while you do too!

The sparkly play-doh is really cool. The glitter is very light, fine, and transparent to make it glittery without changing the color or texture. I think it's fun to play with because the sparkles make me happy. My two preschool boys like it too. All the colors are bright and fun. My four year old loves to give me pink hearts that he cut out from this collection. He thinks it's funny when I "hold his heart." The pink and yellow in this collection are my favorite play doh colors ever. Sometimes a little bit of color can really brighten up your day.

What is there to say...It's Play-Doh & it's glittery. it comes with 2 cookie cutters a butterfly & heart.The containers of Play-Doh themselves are a little smaller then the basic solid color Play-Doh containers but is not tiny fun size either...My 3 year old loves it so much this is her 2nd set.I also bought her the confetti Play-Doh set which is just like this except that one has confetti in it & not glitter.The glitter itself doesn't really shed that much I noticed when we play with that we might or might not have a few particles of glitter on our hands but not that much not as much as I expected if any but.

I didn’t read a the specs carefully and thought these were full sized containers. I bought 3 of them because I thought it was such a good deal. Turns out they are mini containers, so I guess the price makes more sense now, and not AS good of a deal as I thought they were.Either way these are a great deal on sale.3.5 year old and 5 year old boys played nicely together for 1.5 hours with this set so it’s a win. (Using dino and animals for prints and a few cutters, etc)The packaging is definitely nice enough for gifting and it’s a good looking set.It looks more “girly” given there are 2 pinks and 1 purple In the color scheme- and there are rainbows and unicorns on the package- but my boys didn’t even notice or say it was a girl toy or anything like that at all- they loved it. I think when gifting the other 2 I will probably give to girls though based on the way the toy looks.Overall I’d recommend them.

This is a wonderful gift for children who love Play-Doh. The small containers are good to split up for birthday or classroom gifts or would be a perfect present for just one young artist. The extra sparkle in the doh gives it an extra special kick to the vibrant colors.

I bought these to give as a gift - there are 6 little containers - blue, red, yellow, green, purple and pink and two little cutters. Each container is 2" high and 1 1/2" wide - so 2 ounces each color.They are packed well to give as a gift, they are priced right and great for young kids.

I love playdoh and all the things little ones play and imagine with playdoh. Sparkle playdoh only makes it better! My kids love this stuff and the great thing is when it gets on the kitchen floor I just let it dry up and sweep it up for easy cleanup. My kids love to wrap up their little figurines like fisher price people, and make clothes or hide surprises inside. Tons of fun!
