I have been using a few of these to power some POE++ multi-sensor cameras. Over a year now in use and still going strong.

Worked great. I had 4 cameras that kept dropping out randomly. Discovered that the network switch wasn’t pushing enough power consistently to 4 of them. Added one to each camera and haven’t had any issues since, just plugged and play as advertised. Good build quality, definitely worth the money.

Very easy to set up, just plug it in. It connects right away to the POE device you're trying to power. I use it for a Omada POE pass through switch and it does a great job. The price point is very good also. It supports 10/100/1000 network speeds and the build quality is great. Since the case is steel, it keeps cool.

Rating five stars for surviving a lightning strike where an inline Unifi Ultra switch didn’t. This thing is magnetic so it can stick to a rack post, and high wattage. Very impressed.

I bought a NETGEAR WAX630 AP (802.11ax 4x4 MIMO) a while back and have been powering it with an older PoE+ switch that can only provide up to 30W of power, which makes the AP run in reduced throughput mode. I really didn't want to invest on a PoE++ switch, so I thought I had found the solution when I saw this device. The installation was extremely simple. There's not even a manual in the box, just a quick start guide showing how to wire it to the switch / PoE device. Pretty simple stuff. I had it running in less than 2 minutes. Unfortunately, the WAX630 AP was not a big fan of this PoE++ injector. It did power on, but instead of running in reduced throughput mode (which it does when it detects it's being powered by an 802.11at device), it claimed it wasn't received enough power and shut down all the radios. Upon investigating, I saw in the logs the AP thinks it's being powered by a 802.11af device (oldest PoE standard). I called TRENDNET support and, as expected, the experience was terrible. I was told the device DOES NOT support powering a PoE access point, only security cameras (yes, really!). I asked to have the case escalated and am waiting for a callback. In any case, I'll probably be returning this to Amazon and will be ordering a NETGEAR PoE++ switch instead. It will cost me a lot more, but at least I know it will just work.

I bought 2 of these. My use for them is to deliver power to PoE++ switches outside that power several PoE cameras each. To be clearer, you can run 1 ethernet cable from this device to deliver power to and exchange data with a PoE++ switch, which in turn can then power other PoE devices, in my case, Security cameras. They have worked a treat so far. Great buy!

funny enough, this fits almost perfectly on a shelf in 1U of my 10" rack. Everything is PoE, so it's nice having a powerful PoE injector that fits. I only use it for PoE, not connectivity, but it works great.

Ich habe den Injektor gekauft, weil ich PoE++ mit 90 Watt benötigte. Hat problemlos funktioniert. Da habe ich schon anderen Erfahrungen gemacht. Für den Preis wirklich zu empfehlen.

Funciona bien y el componente que usa por++ 90w si lo reconoce como 90w. No lo he puesto a prueba para ver si los suministra sin problema. El único detalle es que es mas grande de lo que esperaba.

Macht ordentlich power. Nutze es um eine Kamera und einen Accesspoint über das gleiche Kabel zu befeuern. Funktioniert wunderbar.
