The delivery was on time & the package arrived in good condition. Before I opened the container I could smell a foul odor. I knew it was downhill from there. I opened it up and immediately noticed there was no scooper inside & the foul odor got worse. I fished around the whole container for the scooper with no luck. I didn't know how much to use I decided to look at some of the reviews so I could guesstimate from the scooper photos in some of the reviews. I figured that I would start with a tablespoon size serving of power to mix with water. It tasted like cooking flour mixed with dirt and water. Absolutely horrible. I tried adding sugar & Gatorade to make it taste better... But it didn't help. I never had this before and didn't know what to expect. I will definitely not use this again. I will try the gummies from another vender and see what happens. I would not recommend this to anyone.

My order of goji berry powder smelled and tasted like sawdust. I'm not sure if the batch was bad, it spoiled, or if the product is of a low grade. Although my experience was bad, this was my first time using the product.An update. The company provided very generous customer service. They first supplied a replacement product. When the replacement proved to be of the same quality as the initial product they gave me a full refund. They were very communicative and easy to work with.

I could Kick myself for not taking a photo of the freshness lid. Upon opening the tub of powder it seemed very clumpy like they were big rocks of powder clumped together. But when I peeled back the foil fresh seal the smell was so bad. Almost mildew like. The foil top had black moisture spots With a tent of dark green. I think the product was just totally expired. The use by date on the bottom was showing it still had a year shelflife. Not sure but the smell is so bad. I’ve never dealt with this type of berry powder before so I didn’t know it was normal. Eager to use it I still put it in my smoothie but I could taste it through all the other powders and fruit I had in there. Just really disappointed in this one.

When I received this, the entire contents was hardened into a big clump. It was obviously old and stale. I tried to break it apart with a butter knife, and it's still clumpy and grainy. When I went to try and return it, there's a "no return" policy on it, so I guess I'm stuck eating the $15 I paid for it!

Clearly not a reflection of a “fresh” product… didn’t even bother to open the packaging because how long has this been stored for the top to reflect this kind of rusting/old effect? …. Unfortunately it isn’t eligible for return, so there’s that….Maybe the product is nice but I doubt I’ll be able to review that as I’m just too turned off from opening the jar and seeing what you all see in my photo. 🙄😒 please do better.

I bought this supplement for vision support but I enjoy the taste of this goji berry powder and add it to my post workout shakes for flavor as much as the benefits of adding zeaxanthin and lutein.

Sadly as the weeks go by while store at room temperature in my cupboard the product continued to get harder and harder to scoop out. Today I was banging the product with a butter knife only to get out 1/4 teaspoon amount of powder. More than half the container is as hard as a rock and I'm going to have to get a hammer and screwdriver and bang it to break it up. I'm a guy that did 600 pushups in 40 minutes 2 months ago and weigh 170 pounds.

When I opened the packaging I was immediately set back by the smell. It smelled exactly like rancid oil. I had never tried goji berries so I wasn't sure if perhaps that was how it should smell so I mixed a tea spoon up into a cup of water and consumed. Very shortly after ended up with heartburn. It is also a non refundable item through Amazon.
