I have not used any other rings so can't compare but the straps here were very sturdy, they are very easily clipped into position and I can't imagine they would move or accidentally slipped out as the clips had a hook at the end to prevent accidental slipping - very thoughtful design! I have not tried the hand and feet grips but again they seemed to be very good quality. Overall I am very pleased I got this rather than another brand. They are very competitively priced too. I did do quite a bit of research before I bought this one and it was well worth the effort and money.
