This is one of my favorite cooking utensils—long, wide, flexible. Perfect for sautéing fish, chops, patties, or flipping pancakes. Seems to be well constructed with a heat resistant handle.

this is the best and most useful spatula ever. yes I am at an age when i have a favourite spatula. It's springy and bounces back without deforming. other ones i've seen flex and bend, this one flexes and springs back. I've had it for ages, no issues with dish washer. it is strong enough to pick up a rack of ribs without bending, its a great kitchen tool .
