So first right off the bat, the packaging was great, the brace wasnt forced into a bubble envelope. It came in a sizable box! Not bent or hurt at all. Seller got it to me pretty quickly! Moving on the the item itself, the item is a god send. I've been struggling with a mild form of scoliosis after my "chest" grew a lot from having BC. Because of my frame, my spine isn't strong enough to stand perfectly straight. Even with working out everyday and yoga, back strengthening has stalled for me. Enter this item. This item helps keep my up straight and stops me from second guessing my posture! My main problem was when I lay down. When having back pain, your swelling can distort true "straight" sleeping positions so I needed something rigid to keep my physically strapped in and straight. The shoulder straps add a comfortable pressure on the front, which the straps help disperse evenly and comfortably. The waist belt, which with my large hips fits all the way around, is a comfortable weight too. Nothing feels too pressured and everything is dispersed evenly. Finally, I will say this. I would advise wearing over clothes. Dont try to wear it on skin because the brace could leave indents due to sweat and skin moving. Not the braces fault! Also, if you have a slight tummy, I'd advise getting an xl like myself. I have a few pounds on my stomach, but the straps and ridged enough to not hurt or pressurize your stomach. Hope this detailed review is somewhat helpful! I'd recommend seeing a doctor if you feel your spine may be curved, but this type of brace is going to give so much more support than a typical medical brace. ALSO CANT BEAT THE PRICE!

Comfortable, really helps my husband's neck & back. Especially during his activities.

Update: seller reached out and has offered to refund my money. Kudos to the seller for this. The back support fit me well. I'm less then 5 ft. Tall, so it comes just above my waist. I have soft tissue damage to both shoulders after an auto accident. I sew, and added more padding, and wider in width padding to the straps, like a day pack.. I also cut the velcro off the straps and put the in small buckles like those used in a day pack. After I put the brace on, I can pull the straps to remind me to keep the shoulders back.

I have tried this product for over a month now / shoulders are causing some pain the there are too many straps. By the time I find all the straps behind my back, well they are twisted. The should straps do not stay up very well. For an older person it is difficult to put on.

Great. Helps when used to do tasks that bring in my back pain associated with my picked nerve nerve pain. Keeps my back from flexing as my PT advised. Please do try. Other reviews said they got an old used one but mine was fresh, crisp, perfect. Has held up for weeks now and a trip! Great quality. Will def but other brands products in future if need be.

I was was very excited to receive this product, as I have had posture issues for many years. I strapped it all up, and followed the directions to the letter. Well it provided lower back support, it did not pull the shoulders back and support them as advertised. I'll be sending this item back.

Package came packed creasing the left side. Problems I have is on the left side. Support bar keep popping up and the posture support strap Annoyingly detaches from the velcro support in front ON the left SIDE. Brace is easy to take on and off. For now this is only 2 stars because it is possible the reason I have issues on left side is faulty packaging. I work at UPS. This is peak season no room for errors. The brace is comfortable when I don’t have to fuss with the left side.
