Review: Excelente - Identico a descrição do produto Review: Perfect cutting tool for cutting big blocks of cheese - This is my go to cutting tool to cut up those big blocks of cheese that come from the grocery store. These blocks of cheese can't be left in the refrigerator once the wrapping has come off because mold will start growing. So, I use this knife to cut the cheese into thinner slices/blocks that are ready to use portion size, and then put all these smaller pieces in a zip lock bag into the freezer, where they will keep for a super long time. You can't put the big blocks of cheese straight into the freezer because they can't be cut once they are frozen. This knife is the perfect tool for cutting big cheese blocks - the grip on the handle is very stable and allows you to put the whole weight of your palm, arm, and shoulder into slicing through the cheese. There is no cheese that is too tough to cut with this type of knife, as a result, and the sharpness of the blade doesn't really affect the ease of cutting through these blocks of cheese. ## Features - Multifunctional Use: A versatile kitchen gadget for mincing or chopping a range of foods, from fruits, vegetables, and nuts to cooked meats and pizza. - Effortless Efficiency: Chop and mince herbs, fruits, and vegetables with ease. Utilizing a simple rocking motion, it makes kitchen cutting tasks a breeze. - Easy to Use: Featuring a non-slip silicone handle to provide a comfortable grip, for those with reduced hand strength, making chopping easier for everyone. - Stainless Steel Durability: Withstanding daily use, making it a dependable choice for long-lasting performance. Whether you're cooking for yourself or a crowd, you can rely on the enduring strength of stainless steel to consistently deliver exceptional results - Hassle-Free Cleaning: Dishwasher safe. Ensure quick and effortless maintenance of your kitchen tools while keeping them looking like new for years to come. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000Y52CIO | | Best Sellers Rank | #262,134 in Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Kitchen ) #12 in Mincing Knives | | Blade Color | Silver | | Blade Edge | Hollow | | Blade Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Blade edge | Hollow | | Blade length | 4.9 Inches | | Blade material | Stainless Steel | | BladeLength | 4.9 Inches | | Brand | Amco | | Brand Name | Amco | | Color | Gray | | Colour | Gray | | Construction Type | Stamped | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 4,161 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00019578152585 | | Handle Material | Silicone | | Handle material | Silicone | | Included Components | Mezzaluna | | Is the item dishwasher safe? | Yes | | Item Length | 6.5 Inches | | Item Type Name | Amco Stainless Steel Mezzaluna with Silicone Handle | | Item Weight | 0.2 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Amco | | Manufacturer Part Number | 567010-8650 | | Material Type | Stainless-Steel | | Model Number | 8650 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Size | 5 بوصة | | UPC | 787543802529 885572192267 019578152585 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Blade edge:** Hollow - **Blade material:** Stainless Steel - **Brand:** Amco - **Colour:** Gray - **Handle material:** Silicone ## Images ![4.9" Mezzaluna with Silicone Handle & Stainless Steel Blade - Dishwasher Safe Versatile Chopping Tool for All Kitchen Needs - Non-Slip Grip, Easy to Use and Comfortable to Hold - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/612YAE03LcL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excelente *by A***E on 19 December 2023* Identico a descrição do produto ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect cutting tool for cutting big blocks of cheese *by D***D on 11 September 2025* This is my go to cutting tool to cut up those big blocks of cheese that come from the grocery store.
