**Q: Is the handle setup up to use it on different sides to they can be flipped around to expose the working side?**
A: Yes! There are holes on both sides so you can install the handle on either sides. They also provide you with 2 round black stickers to use to cover the holes you don’t use.

A: The top is definitely not wood.  Seemed to be metal but that was the white one. It was returned.

A: Already assembled.  You just need to attach the handle and the wheels, but you could leave both off.

It was already assembled when I removed it from the box. It's very sturdy & is so convenient for organizing my bathroom supplies. It fits perfectly underneath my toilet paper roll that is attached to the wall. I would buy another one in a heart beat! 5 stars!
