Is it better to take it on an empty stomach?

I take Dim once in the a.m on an empty stomach, sometimes by itself or with alpha lipoic acid, chewable vitamin C, vitamin d, garlic ginger capsule, cool cayenne. IF I take a zinc, Never on a an empty stomach. A small banana is usually my b fast. You can also take dim at night before bed, does not seem to interfere with sleep pattern.

Are these gelatin caps or vegan?

They are gelatin capsules. I have not experienced any adverse or allergic affects, nor tummy upset on a full or empty stomach taking these.

Are these genuine? They taste like it and you get dark urine but I have gained weight on these instead of maintaining like I usually do
