The governor of California is required to have the list updated yearly; currently there are over 800 chemicals on this list. Cistus incanus Tea contains the Prop 65 Warning due to the limits set by the state of California for lead. The limit for this chemical has recently become more stringent, which is why the Prop 65 Warning hasn’t always been on this product.
