A couple of things that I really like about these are the taste and the consistency, some of the best that I have used. If I'm just going at an easy pace, a gel every 45 minutes works good. If you are climbing hills, use one about every 25 - 30 minutes. They seem to work well for my stomach and again the fruit taste is nice and light.
