AOC E2470SWHE 24" Full HD 1920x1080 Monitor, TN, 5ms, HDMI (x2), VGA, VESA, EPEAT Silver

I bought two of these monitors for my home office. Frankly, I wasn't expecting much because they were pretty cheap (around $100) and I have never heard of AOC. I am using these with a WALI Dual LCD Desk Mount, so never installed the base that comes with them. I chose these monitors because of: 1. resolution and size (24"), 2. the factory mount/base wouldn't stick out like with the Spectre monitor and 3. compatibility with a VESA-type mount.So far I'm very impressed. They are very light, so very easy to move around with the WALI mount; the image is quite nice. No, I wouldn't compare this with my 55" LED TV, but for what I need them (plug in my laptop and run business applications, browse, stream video from Netflix, etc.) these monitors are perfect.

This monitor is amazing. I am very surprised because of the price to performance ratio. I have been using it for just over a month now, and have found no problems with it. I use it for around 10 hours a day playing video games and do not notice and problems with it. I even plan on purchasing a second one for my setup, and having an Asus 1ms g sync in the middle of the 2. But I am once again very impressed with AOC on this one...

For the money this is an outstanding value.Replaced a dead 19".Good CAD monitor for home.I'm not a gamer (any longer), but I'm certain that it would do well.No hook-up issues.

I had originally purchased one of these a few years ago and recently purchased a second one for a dual monitor setup. My main reason for purchasing this model was to match, otherwise I probably would have gotten something newer. The viewing angle isn't that great, but for the price its a great value and the picture is clear. The brushed finish is nice, and the bezel isn't too big for its age. Not too bulky in the back as mine are mounted to an arm stand so it doesn't really matter to me. My two monitors have slightly different colors with the same settings so that's a little annoying. I hadn't purchased AOC before, but I'm satisfied. Nowadays monitors have come down in price and even compete with some LED TV's. In the future I would probably stick with Dell.

I got this monitor for my fiancé for the holidays. He was using an older model LG with only 1680x1050 resolution, so this was both a quality & size (22" vs. this 24") upgrade. Refresh rate and quality are both phenomenal for this price point. Some people say they have problems with the display controls (?), but they actually seem quite similar to the LG. We have no issues with these controls.His PC isn't really capable of 60+ FPS, so we haven't even tried "overclocking" refresh rate. I honestly would not buy this expecting it to be capable of this, however.I absolutely recommend this for budget gaming PCs. I got it for under $100, and that purchase has made us both happy!

It's a bad ass monitor. I mean that. The brightness is adjustable. It turns off automatically when I turn my computer off.It doesn't have built in speakers but it has a headphone jack, so have speakers on hand before you buy this. The monitor came with a VGA cable and a power cable and a CD with its drivers. However I was able to use it without the drivers. (My computer doesn't have a disc drive. ((Yet)). This is perhaps the only monitor I've been able to find that is 24" and has 1080p resolution. Everything else is usually 720p.The display is nice. All of my games look fantastic on this monitor.

When I first played video games on this monitor, I was seriously thinking about sending it back. All the colors were extremely faded an washed out. After I read the #1 customer review on amazon enabling "picture boost", and adjusting the contract and brightness in that menu, the quality was amazing!

DISTORTED DISPLAYAOC monitor did not work with Windows 10, Intel® Core ™ i7-2600, and NVDIA graphics card. Display was grossly distorted for every resolution choice and fill alternative. When recommended resolution was chosen (1920x1080), the Windows 10 Start Button was pushed out of the range of view. Product claim that the AOC monitor works with VGA cable is false as it relates to the monitor shipped to us.FALSE 1-DAY SHIPPING CLAIMAlso, the shipper advertised free shipping next-day using Amazon PRIME. However, when the AOC monitor was added to my cart, next-day shipping was refused without an additional charge.
