These batter scoops are fantastic and have quickly become some of my most-used kitchen tools. I purchased both the #24 and #16 sizes, and I can already see myself buying additional sizes for other baking and cooking projects. So far, I’ve used them for portioning cookie dough, filling muffin tins, and scooping ice cream, and they perform beautifully every time. The scoops create uniform portions, which helps baked goods cook evenly and gives everything a more professional appearance. I have been baking for a couple of months now and this cookie scoop has been fantastic. As someone who used restaurant grade, this feels the same as the Volrath version without the cost. It size is perfect for making cookies and small biscuits, and the release rate is excellent. These are designed perfectly for right handed folks. I'm left handed and I have to use my left index finger to activate the lever. Everything just pops right out when you run the scoop under warm water between scoops. The handle grip feels solid in my hand and the quality is excellent, definitely built to last. I paid around $10 for it and it is a great value for the money. Durable, easy to clean, and simple to use, this scoop works exactly as intended.

Scoop and handle snapped right where it connects to the scoop upon first scoop. Seller was very generous and sent a replacement even after my return window.

Gets the job done. No bells or whistles but hey, it's a portion scoop. I like it. Good price too.

I have only used this scoop once so far to make peach muffins. The handle makes it easy to hold and it is easy to operate. It is lighter weight than some of my other scoops. It did work very well scraping out all of the batter, however, this batter was not very dense, so I will be interested to see how it will work with a denser batter and its durability. But so far so good.

I used it once and it broke. It wouldn’t stay screwed together and I ended up losing a piece to it. Do not recommend.

Did I really need another ice cream scoop? My others were too small for making large cookies and one was much too large. This is perfect.

I am a pastry chef and this is my preferred disher to scoop extra large cookies. Love this style handle. This little tool is extremely helpful in the kitchen and one of my most used items. Highly recommend.

Works perfectly for large ostmeal cookies or filling muffin tins. Will be buying a smaller one for Thumbprint cookies or meatballs.
