Updated Nov 2023, Ok finally it completely became unusable. The lower portion of the blender jug is getting sperated now, after leaking, now its practically broke. It was still in warranty so I talked to Amazon but they say you need to contact the local customer service of the brand Kewood. They are in far away city, so far not picking call. I'm not sure If I'll be able to get jug replaced or fixed or whatever. Worst blender experience of my life actually! Updated Sep 2023, The jug has started to clearly leak now, as soon as I put liquid, it goes down and even crosses the Motor and the liquid is over the shelf! Not to mention that is so much noisy that no body can stand around if its turned on. Good points (first impressions): Strong machine, Blends ice and whatever I put The top cover of jug is not easy to lock/unloack, but overall fine. Its very noisy though, which is a big drawback. I used grinder as well, though its a bit small in size. But I use it occasionally so fine for me. BAD points after usage :( .. : Somehow after few months of usage, I noticed that the upper portion of motor and lower portion of jug has started to become brown (due to friction?) and smells like rust....

This is very Good model of the kenwood specially motor power , glass jug 👍

Great product , blends anything you put on it , but after 3 months 2 of the speeds stopped working. Contacted the seller Whish Master for help and got a replacement in couple days ! They were amazing as a Costumer Service Support, great work 🙏

Poor quality, bought this machine but after 2 months stopped working , you have to play with power knob to make it work . Difficult to clean because the base is attached and green and back stuff will be stuck at the bottom and you can’t clean it and lastly it’s very noisy

The glass jug is just perfect. Blends really well and easy to clean.

Very bad quality on the 2nd use u could smell the motor burning and parts are cheap plastic and breaking

رائع شغال معايا كويس جدا و بيكس التلج وشيك جدا و لكن شفشقه زجاج تقيل انا معنديش مشكله فيه بس ممكن يكون حد مش حابب كده

جيد لكن ليس له صيانة أو قطع غيار الشفشأ سرب ووديته التوكيل قاله أنه استيراد شركة راية - رحت شركة راية مش بيصينوا غير الموتور

Very poor quality and operation. By first use, you feel not Kenwood quality. Leaking jar, removed rubber leg and noisy motor.
