Do they bleed through bible pages?

Yes, they would. I would suggest a yellow highlighter swiped not going over more than once. there will be some bleed ,but not much I found in my bibles.

Are the brush tip ends permanent?

Not likely. They don’t smell like permanent markers. They’re more like regular markers but with a brush-like tip.

The package says made in China.

Does the brush tip markers include a pastel pink? (I can’t tell from the picture(s) if it’s a pastel pink or white marker)

There are three pinks. I’m not sure whether you’d classify the softest one as pastel. It almost reads as salmon to me. It’s beautiful though!
