The Neoprene Swim Socks from Zone 3 are a must have for athletes swimming in open water. This essential accessory keeps feet and toes warm in cold water for zero-distractions when you perform. The tight fitting design allows minimal water entry and works with your leg-kick whilst swimming. A Velcro strap hold the socks securely in place while the longer length ticks into the wetsuit leaving no skin exposed. The sole is made from grippy fabric which protects feet when walking to and from the water. - Tight fitting - Velcro strap - Longer length tucks under wetsuit - Grippy sole

Best socks to avoid Pool contact
I am swimming everyday and I am not confortable touching my feet in the pool. this socks are so easy to dry and wear. very confortable. if you can develop verruchae or other infections for your feet, this is the solution. I tried the "waterproof socks of 4 5£, the second time you wear .. it will be very complicated, and potencially they can break easily. this is the solution. they fit perfectly in my Speedo Atari 2 sandals. again they dry very fast as well. ANother advange, you will fill your feet warmer. They can fit decently when using finns like FInis Edge. VERY HAPPY with them!¬

Good for swimming in not too cold water
I think people are confused about these swim socks. If you want to keep your feet warm buy zone 3 heat seeker socks. These are for warmer water (not freezing!). They offer some thermal protection and take the edge off of walking into the water over stones and rocks. The elasticated tops reduce water ingress and the fabric heal patch prevents any build up of water when it does get in. I've had several pairs and they seldom last a full swim season. I stop wearing heat seeker socks in May/June and switch back to heat seekers in October. The bottom line is that only wear them about 5 months of the year and swim open water about 3 days a week. I will often swim without socks in August /September unless its a rocky entry or there's sea urchins. However, my last pair seem smaller than previous pairs and the neoprene material appears to be tearing in places as a result - which is disappointing. I do like the fact they are long so neatly fit under the leg of my tri-suit. Good socks but they're not hard wearing or for super cold water.
