It’s long. I am 5’10 and plus size as well. I have returned several bags due to the strap being too short. This bag is amazing.

Q: what color is numbers 19,22 and 7?

It looks like 19 is black and white; 22 is black white and red; and 7 is multi-colored. I have 7 and it goes with everything.

Q: Would this be able to hold a large note book and binder?

No...it's big but not big enough for a binder. I was not disappointed in this bag. It's very well made and looks just like the picture.
