Amazing book!!!! I’ve learned a lot about myself, my sexual desires and what was holding me back. Commit to the process taught in the book, keep an open mind and honestly watch how your sex game is going to change. I haven’t been so happy with my sexuality in my life. All this time I thought I was “broken” I now understand a lot about me and my beliefs that were holding me back from my orgasmic potential! I recommend this book to every woman out there! This book provides advice and exercises to help women become more orgasmic and live with more pleasure.The book was easy to read with a nice mix of discussion (including helpful illustrations), personal stories and case studies, exercises, and suggestions for additional resources. I especially appreciated learning about the five kinds of touch, based on the five elements.The author frequently references additional resources available on his website. An email signup is required if you use the link provided, although you could find many of these resources without signing up just by searching the author’s website. Some of the resources are free, and some are programs for sale.I recommend this book for any woman wanting to experience more pleasure. It could also be helpful for men who want to better understand female sexuality.

We all consider ourselves advanced and enlightened, but the truth is there's so little healthy discussion nowadays about sexuality and orgasms – and especially about female orgasms. Eyal has absolutely outdone himself with this book. It's one of the most helpful books I have ever read on female sexuality, especially coming from a male perspective. You have to read the book to be able to experience it for yourself:) I have nothing but good words for the work that the author has done. He outlines practices that are guaranteed to make a difference in your life. I was on a countdown before the book came out and I was not disappointed. The best part of this book has been the 30 day tapas. It's definitely a game-changer:)

If I didn't know this book was written by a man, I would have sworn it could only be written by a woman. He really gets it! He very clearly articulates exactly what needs to be understood about a woman's sexual energy and pleasure, and I'm taking the really subtle stuff, not the obvious things that we hear over an over again. He describes techniques that it took me years to figure out on my own! And this is much more than a sex how-to book.
