Easy to use. Works in very less time. The pump pumps both sides of the products at the same time in same quantitity. Coloring has become very easy with this product. Make sure you avoid getting the product on the skin out side of the hair line.

This hair color covers my greys well and also grows my hair! Only issue is it does not last for more than 1 week...good product and it is not harsh on my scalp

Easy to use, the consistency of the product is a bit watery but I managed to make it work on my hair. You must wear gloves when used it. I leave it on for 20 minutes. Very effectiveness product.

It’s very easy to apply.. the hair color looks natural, soft and long lasting. I really liked this product

Not really a shampoo per se but I am rating 5 because of excellent coverage (black) value for the amount you get, and ability to adjust what you need. I only use it as backup for touch ups but my bottle literally lasted a year and was still good (Ideally you should use it up by three years). It does stain skin so use a protective cream if you can but even if I didn’t I was still able to wipe it off with a remover. I use a little comb with it that I got from another box dye and it is not hard to apply on hair. They raised prices so I am trying the sachets, since I hate storing dye. It leaves my hair nice and soft. Recommended if you are okay with real dye.

Very easy to use , followed directions. The color is exactly what I wanted, dark black. Other dyes tend to give me the brownish effect on white hair. The hair is nice and smooth after conditioner . Please ensure you use a good conditioner to manage dryness.
