Good product.
This product is as advertised. A few things that I believe are note worthy. First is that the white pair is not color coded nor is this advertised as plenum cable. Granted they are grouped by the foil shielding however it is still a little cumbersome when you are terminating to be certain you have the correct pin out especially when doing the 568B https://www.utm.edu/staff/leeb/568/568.htm standard. This is the only reason I rated it a 4 and not a 5. Secondly terminating this cable is not for the faint of heart. You have to stack /\/\/\/ the pairs. The CAT 7 Rated RJ45 connectors provided came with the plastic guide. Each wire is tough to get through the guide. They do send a black and white two page instruction on how to terminate this cable. This cable is roughly twice the diameter of CAT5. It is fairly ridged. Finally, I wasted one connector because I was being dumb. The instructions don't clearly state that you should leave 1/8 to 1/4 inch of wire after the plastic guide. I flush cut mine and crimped it, then realized the connector didn't grab any of the wires. I used my standard crimp tool. Another thing, is that this cable came the next day. Some of the fastest shipping I have ever seen on my Amazon Prime account.

Good decent cable but pricey
This is as specified in the product info. Difficult to insert wires in the RJ45 connector even though connector will fit 23AWG wires. You need to be patient when you create your own patch and it needs some time to get used to the process. The size of the cable makes it challenging to run in the house because of hole and space requirements. The speed transfer improved on my network but there are a lot of variables involved including the main computer. Overall it works and the size of it is true to its specifications.

You probably want Cat 6a
Unless you're a business that relies on cutting edge data transmission speed, and knows how to work with Cat 7, the drawbacks of working with Cat 7 outweigh the advantages. I found this out the hard way.Cat 7 is much more rigid, so can be a challenge to run. Terminating the ends is also incredibly difficult due to the minor nuisance of having to (1) unwrap each twisted pair from the foil shielding, and (2) the major headache caused by the thickness of each wire. You have to buy special Cat 7 compatible RJ45 connectors that can accommodate the increased wire thickness. You can't just line the wires up all in a row anymore either - they must be offset, which is extremely challenging, even with the little plastic guides that come with Cat 7 RJ45 connector sets. The fact that this product in particular does not have dashed "white" wires indicating which pair they belong to also increases the potential to make a mistake that will force you to start over again when terminating your ends.I have also tried to use "punch down" type female ends with this wire, and the thickness of the wire made that challenging too. The wire doesn't stay seated in the channels - it tends to pop out as you're working to punch the other wires down, which is very frustrating. Perhaps I just didn't have the appropriate Cat 7 compatible punch down ends. I do know for sure that the ones I had, which worked with Cat 6a, did not do well with the Cat 7. Even when I got all the wires punched down, I was skeptical that the connections were really contacting properly due to the increased thickness of each wire's shielding.Lastly, the part that was most frustrating (and confusing), is that I did not get as good performance with this particular product as I have with Cat 6a. I was struggling to get my equipment to connect to each other, and when I replaced the Cat 7 with a Cat 6a cable of the same length, all my troubles went away. I can only speculate as to the cause. So, if you don't need it, save yourself a million headaches and get Cat 6a. You're welcome.
