Q: Is there any teflon in thees pans?

YES, PTFE is the generic name for what DuPont calls Teflon. Do not be mislead by marketing nonsense like Diamond Coated. My experience with 3 pans is they start flaking relatively quickly.

Q: What is the diameter of the base on the 12.5 inch skillet? I have a Jenn-Air Cooktop and the cartridges are only 9 inches wide.

The base of the 12.5 inch skillet is 10.5 inches.

Q: IS THERE A LID WITH THE 10" SKILLET

The 10" skillet does not come with a lid. I use a lid from another skillet when I need one. However, I must say that the Swiss Diamond Skillet is the best skillet that I ever purchased. I love it!!!
