As a massive fan of both LEGO and trying to get into the Technic line and a big fan of McLaren, this set was an absolute must-have for my collection. I picked up this set up as a sort of practice trail run, for my goal to pick up some of the larger technic sets. The LEGO Technic McLaren Senna is a fantastic display piece while still being an enjoyable and engaging build. The design captures the sleek design of the real car very well, especially considering the scale of the set, compared to the much more expensive model cars. The blue and black colour scheme really stands out once completed. The build itself is fun and not overly complicated, making it suitable for both experienced LEGO builders and those newer to the Technic range. The moving pistons, realistic steering, and detailed engineering touches such as the doors being able to open add a lot to the build and display experience and make it feel much more than just a display model. One thing I particularly liked was the size of the finished car. It looks impressive on display without taking up too much space, which is ideal if you already have a growing LEGO collection like I do. As being Lego, there were not any missing parts, but actually extra parts, and the parcel arrived in perfect condition. Overall, this is an excellent Technic set and a brilliant tribute to an incredible car. Highly recommended for LEGO fans, car enthusiasts, or anyone looking for a rewarding build with a great final display piece.

I recently gifted my 11-year-old son the LEGO 42123 Technic McLaren Senna GTR Racing Collectable, and he loves it as an avid LEGO enthusiast, he was over the moon with this kit. This LEGO model is quite challenging for an 11-year-old. However, I was impressed to see how he managed to put it all together. It's a great way to challenge his building and problem-solving skills while having fun. The attention to detail in this McLaren Senna GTR replica is remarkable. It's not just a toy; it's a mini engineering marvel. Overall, this LEGO set has been a big hot. It's an ideal gift for any LEGO-loving child who enjoys a bit of a building challenge. I'm glad I chose it as a birthday present for my son.

Another great Lego Technic product. Between my son & I we have built a few different Lego Technic models - some smaller models and some larger. This model is in the middle of our model sizes. Lego Technic is great - hard enough to make it challenging, but easy enough for 10-11 yr old to follow. Nice model, good detail. I know Lego can seem expensive, but I must say that we get our moneys worth out of the enjoyment of building. The detail means it build takes longer - we normally stop and start at it so it can take 4-5 days to complete. If you have never built Lego Technic before, then this is a nice starter (although some smaller models are available). If you are experienced, well then you know what to expect. I enjoyed this model - detail and build was just as expected. Definitely recommend - especially if on special offer (which it frequently is).

First technics I’ve completed since my son was small (37 now) Things have moved on somewhat. A few weeks of quiet evenings with satisfying end result. Only complaint was some of the placement instruction not very clear or even misleading. Gt40 next

Bought this Senna for a conversion MOC 65410 by Blaz, (left of the four), which can be found on the Internet. A tricky build into the V6 Sports Coupe (Generic), using only the parts within the set. A leisurely build, end product requires a bit more work for strengthening at the front, so you can play around and modify the MOC to suit. Great value, worth buying for spare parts alone at £30-35, original is £45. The other main photo is the conversion 67165 by Nemooz, it's the same size as the original Senna, but contains a lot of extra technic parts, costing more than the original by far, again well worth grabbing any spare Senna's.

Pros - Extremely good value for money when you break down how many pieces you get compared to how much the set costs - The stickers that come with the product are unique, and make the finished product look very premium compared to other Lego products - The colour scheme is great. Cons: - It's lego, so compared to other brick products the value for money isn't that high. But you are paying for a superior product. Overall: This makes the product look great as a display piece once it's done, and it's enjoyable to build it with just the right amount of parts.

Gift for an adult who enjoys Lego more now than when he was younger. Ideal for anyone who enjoyed both Lego and F1 racing.

車好きの息子の誕生日に。幼稚園児なので組み立ては無理ですが、大人でもちょっと時間が掛かります。四時間ぐらいかかりました。楽しかったです。 通常のレゴとは違うのでブロックを足したり自分でカスタムしたりはなかなかできないですが、大きめのラジコンぐらいの大きさになるので息子は喜んでいました。 他のテクニックに比べると安いのでコスパ良いと思います！かっこいいし。

It is more than I expected. The size of the car is good. It took me 9 hours to build it .But the detailing of the interior could have been better and there could have been shock absorbers (suspension) on the car
