The gift came very quickly but the inscription was not visible. I contacted customer service right away they sent me a replacement. Beautiful office gift! The recipient loved it

The overall product is nice but the customized text was hard to read. They could use a different ink like black to highlight the text once written on the steel plate.

You can not see the engraved part. This was a gift for my son as I have terminal cancer. Really bummed.

I got this wonderful product for a retirement gift keepsake for my doctor who was retiring. He absolutely adored it! The engraving made it even more special. Wonderful gift to give to someone special.

Nice product but disappointed with the engravingThe digital clock and pen holder itself is sleek and functional, and I like the overall design. However, I was disappointed with the engraving. The text is extremely tiny and barely visible, which defeats the purpose of personalizing it. Also, there was a typo in the engraving — “work” was written as “wirk.” I’m not sure if that was my mistake when ordering, but I would have appreciated the seller reaching out to confirm before proceeding. Overall, it’s a nice product, but the engraving was a letdown.

I gave the overall rating of 4 stars because the engraving is very light, it hard to see in direct light. I don't know if this is something that will improve with the age of the item. If not they should consider using black engraving to make the wording stand out.
