Is Wi-Fi required for EcoQube to work?

To operate EcoQube, you must have Wi-Fi, specifically a 2.4 GHz network (not 5 GHz). If you use a dual-band router, ensure that 5 GHz steering is disabled, and keep EcoQube within your Wi-Fi's range.

Does EcoQube need to be plugged in?

Yes. No worries about battery changes – simply plug in your EcoQube and monitor radon with ease. It operates on a 5V 1A DC Adapter for continuous power.

Do I need to download the EcoQube app?

Yes, you will need the mobile app in order to activate the device and check your radon results.

Does EcoQube show real-time fluctuations or only averages?

Both. EcoQube provides real-time 10-minute live readings and daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly rolling averages.

How fast will I see my radon levels with EcoQube?

EcoQube provides your first reading in about 10 minutes, reliable results in 1 hour, and over 90% accuracy after 10 hours. Readings update every 10 minutes in the app.
